Ebaluazioa: euskararen aldeko ekimenen labirintoan orientatzeko gakoa

In this article, we have examined what kind of evaluation forms are used in the main program for promoting Basque (ESEP) as well as in strategic plans and micro-projects in certain regions. Thus, in this way, the conclusion we draw from this analysis is that, on the one hand, the "quantitative-impressionist" assessment is predominant; and, secondly, that this model is not capable of properly measuring the effectiveness of Basque-language initiatives. This is why we, in the end, have presented a draft proposal that takes efficiency criteria into consideration.
