The application of BEST training method combined with OSCE assessment mode in pre-job training of interns in operating room education

Objective To explore the application effect of BEST training method combined with OSCE assessment mode in education of pre-job training for interns in the operating room. Methods The BEST training method was used to carry out pre-job training and education, the OSCE assessment model was adopted to assess the examination results and the examination result was analyzed.The questionnaire method was used to evaluate the effect of training and assessment. Results In each site of OSCE assessment, the score rate of interns after adopting BEST training was higher than 78%, and the satisfaction of BEST training combined with OSCE assessment mode was higher than 74%. Conclusion Compared with the traditional training and assessment mode, the BEST training method combined with OSCE assessment mode can more directly reflect the learning effect, stimulate students' learning interest, improve the flexibility of operation and emergency response ability, and reflect students' comprehensive application ability.At the same time, it also helps to improve team cooperation ability, and is an ideal and scientific training and assessment model for interns.
