Valoración de la satisfacción con el proceso asistencial de pacientes adultos afectos de patología crónica del raquis

Objective: the aim of this study was to measure patient satisfaction with semi-invasive medical treatments in a mul tidisciplinary program. Material and methods: a prospective study was con ducted. The participants were 47 patients with spine pat hology, which was attending by multidisciplinary team (Re habilitation and Pain Clinic) in a tertiary hospital. These patients had answered. Patient satisfaction questionnaire about attention received. It was analyzed using a bivariate study with the statistical package SPSS ® 16. Results: the spinal problems were of 39.1 months (SD 21.58) of evolution. The most common diseases of spine was 42.6% spinal stenosis, degenerative disease 21.3%, 12.7% foraminal stenosis, herniated disk 2.1%, and 21.3% different types. The therapeutic techniques used were: epi dural infiltration (15 cases), blocks foraminal (9), pharma cological (7), facet block (4), electrotherapy (3), but in 9 ca ses required the use of more than one technique.
