[Optimization of diagnosis of marginal mental disorders among males of the army recruit age and pre-recruit age].

: The results of a study of the condition of the medical-and-mental diagnostics in young males of the pre-conscription and conscription age and of mental disorders are indicative of that the mental health worsened among the mentioned category of young males and of that there is need to use the modern methods of mental diagnostics. The medical-and-economic efficiency of commissioning separate methods of mental diagnostics into the practical activity of psychiatrists and of experts in the occupational mental selection is demonstrated. The above-mentioned fact is most important presently for the health care system and military commissariats who are responsible for improving the mental-and-somatic health of teenagers and for manning the army and fleet.
