The invention relates to functionalised linear alternating carbon monoxide copolymers, consisting of carbon monoxide and at least one 1-alkene (A). The inventive copolymers are characterised in that the compound (A) represents an aryl derivative substituted with at least one terminal allyl and/or homoallyl unit and containing one or several polar groups, excluding 4-allyl anisole.
