New phthalocyanine derivative and its application

The present invention discloses one kind of phthalocyanine derivative as the memory material of organic Optical Disc. It is compound of phthalocyanine and divalent, trivalent or tetravalent metal or non-metal, and contains-Br and at least one -O-KW or -KW substituted radical linked with the outer carbon skeleton, where KW is saturated, unsaturated or aromatic hydroxyl radical. Is has great molar extinction coefficient, good heat stability, solubility in several organic solvents and maximum absorption wavelength capable of matching with laser source and is easy to purify. It may be used as medium in CD-R, VD-R, DVD-R and CD with higher density.
