System and method for dispatching charging load space of electric vehicle

The invention relates to a Charging-load space dispatching system for electric automobile and method therefor. The system comprises an electric vehicle ordered charging controller, a power dispatching unit and an electric vehicle dispatching center. Dispatching of the charging load space of an electric vehicle is achieved based on a charging request command, position information of the vehicle, and the residual electric quantity and the rated capacity of a vehicle cell, provided by the electric vehicle ordered charging controller, and also on a command about whether charging loads of all charging stations are uniformly distributed or not, provided by a power grid dispatching department. The problems of partial overloading and line congestion of power grids are solved.
