The Study on Adsorption of Trichoderma Reesei Hydrophobin HFBII on Polytetrafluoroethylene Nanoparticles by Atomic Force Microscope

2009
Teflon nanoparticles were coated on quartz substrate surface with plasma vapor deposition(PVD).The adsorption behavior of hydrophobin HFBⅡon teflon nanopartieles was studied by atomic force microscope and water contact angle measurements with immersing the substrates in HFBⅡsolution with a concentration of 50μg/mL.The results indicate that teflon nanoparticles show strong effect on heterogeneous nucleation to adsorption and growth of HFBⅡ.Simultaneously, the desorption process of HFBⅡon teflon nanoparticles was carried out by the ultrasonic method, and it was also analyzed by the atomic force microscope.
