Upper Trenton Conodonts from the Grondines Section of Quebec

1971
The conodonts of the Grondines Section, a good representative section of the upper Trenton of the Neuville Formation in the St. Lawrence Lowlands of Quebec, are similar to those of the Neuville Section. From 667 specimens collected, 24 genera and 27 species were identified. Three of Bergstrom and Sweet's assemblages are recognized. Only one genus and two species not described in the Neuville fauna are found in the Grondines section.
