All-electric melting combination kiln for drawing long fibers of basalt

2008
The utility model discloses an all-electric melting combination kiln for drawing long fibers of basalt. The kiln comprises a kiln chamber which is formed by a kiln body made of fire-resisting materials; a flow liquid hole fire-proof baffle wall formed in the middle divides the cavity into a melting part, a clarification are and an operation part in sequence; a feeding device and a venthole are formed at the top side part of the melting part; a heating electrode is arranged inside the melting part; a venthole is formed on the top of the clarification area; and a homogenization part and a heating electrode are arranged inside the clarification area. A venthole is formed on the top of the operation part; a heating electrode is arranged inside the operation part, and a flow liquid groove is formed at the bottom part thereof; and platinum-rhodium alloy bushing with heating electrode provided with meshes is arranged outside the kiln body and opposite to the flow liquid groove. The melting part and the operation part of the kiln are designed separately, so that basalt batching can be enabled to melt more completely and uniformly in the kiln; the temperatures of basalt liquid passing the bushing are the same; and the liquid stream viscosity is constant, thereby providing reliable guarantee for normal wire drawing. The kiln has the advantages of high efficiency of melting and wire drawing, automatic temperature adjustment, stable production process, and short cold repair period, etc.
