Design of Coal Equipment Life Cycle Reliability Management System

A new coal mine equipment management system based on network is proposed in the paper. The principle of the mine production equipment service life cycle is introduced, the maintenance management information system framework and function modules are designed which combines with the characteristics of the mine production equipment to equipment status. The design of the device information management, spare parts management, state management, maintenance management and ledger management model selection are described in detail, and then the mine production management system based on the equipment life cycle prediction is build. The research result shows the coal mining equipment management system based on network can achieve long-term optimizing maintenance resources, and reduce maintenance costs and improve the efficiency of coal production and enterprise management level.
