This article analyzes the possibility of applying integrated and process management to local development projects through the implementation of the stages of process management: Identification of the process and its internal and external interrelationships, documentation, training and execution, control and improvement, with the integration of them to achieve a better management of these projects. For this purpose, theoretical methods such as analysis and synthesis, logical historical and system approach and empirical methods were applied to the interview and document review. It was concluded that the application of integrated and process management is viable for local development projects and that it can contribute to improving their results
