Анализ экономического стимулирования опасных условий труда лиц, проработавших в условиях повышенного риска

Research work is devoted to the analysis of economic incentives for individuals who have worked for many years in conditions of increased risk persons discharged from military service at the turn of 20-21 centuries. Analysis of international experience shows that the forms of material incentives for safe work can play an important role in improving the welfare of workers. Therefore, economy safety became the object of serious attention in a number of countries, even where studies have been conducted to determine the qualitative and quantitative assessment in this area.The work of foreign specialists showed that the promotion of safe work is given sufficient attention, as this is linked to issues of economic impact on the improvement of working conditions. Scientific novelty of this research is the analysis of the experience of the stimulation and influence of the state on human well-being that have long worked in conditions of high risk and as a consequence proved a real economic interest of the state in financial support of the persons who gave the best years of his life to the service of the Fatherland. From the analysis of the study it can be concluded that the normative-legal framework regulating social protection of military servicemen for the period of the study was imperfect, did not ensure adequately the rights of individuals who gave many years of his life to the service of the Fatherland. Summarizing the reasons for the low level of social protection of former military personnel and their families allows us to offer recommendations, implementation of which may have practical significance. Armed forces and law enforcement agencies remain one of the important parts of the overall system of the special organs of the state, designed to ensure national security. The special mission of these institutions non-state authorities makes specific demands on the individual serviceman and, thus, requires a special approach and to social protection of this population.
