A calibration method for diffuse optical tomography based on extracted target depth and size from Ultrasound images

In this abstract a calibration method based on depth and size information provided from ultrasound images is introduced. The method utilizes the forward data simulated by finite element method to calibrate the reconstructed absorption map.
