MICROCIRCULATORY DISORDERS OF THE LIVER FOUND WITH POLYHEPATOGRAPHY IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASEAND HYPERTENSION

The article presents the results of a study of three groups of patients (n=90): Group I: patients with stable ischemic heart disease combined with hypertension; Group II - patients with Stage II essential hypertension without ischemic heart disease; Group III - healthy controls people. Microcirculation in the liver was assessed with polyhepatography in all patients. Significant differences between the groups were found in the locations of intrahepatic blood flow disturbances. This findingmay be useful in differentiatial treatment of these diseases.
