Heavy punch type lift car door lock mechanism

The invention discloses a heavy punch type lift car door lock mechanism. The mechanism comprises a fastened movable rod, a chain, a counter weight, a fifth gear, a fourth gear, a chain wheel, and a first gear and a second gear which are engaged with each other, wherein the fastened movable rod, the first gear and the second gear are arranged on a fastened base of a car door upper ridge; the fastened movable rod is connected to the lateral part of the fastened base through an elastomer; a swing arm is fixed below a shaft center on the side face of the first gear; the tail end of the swing arm is attached to the side face of the fastened movable rod connected with the elastomer; a clutch rod is fixed on the side face of the second gear; a third gear is arranged on the car door upper ridge; a limiting column is arranged on one side of the surface of the third gear; one end of the chain is connected with the other side of the surface of the third gear, and the other end of the chain bypasses the chain wheel to be connected with the counter weight; the fourth gear is connected with the fifth gear through a synchronous pulley; a lock hook is arranged on the car door upper ridge; a rack is arranged on the lock hook; an inclined surface towards the direction of the third gear is formed at the bottom end of the lock hook; and the weight of the lock hook is greater than that of the counter weight.
