The Research on Video Based Psychological Warfare and its Key Technology

In order to meet the requirement of high-technology warfare in the era of information age,a video based psychological warfare theory is proposed in this paper on the basis of traditional theory of psychological warfare.After that,the issue of information generating system and key technology in video based psychological warfare is discussed.The video based psychological warfare,which can be viewed as a specific form of traditional psychological warfare,effectively expand and supply the traditional theory.The further work is to deepen the research on the key technology of the video based psychological warfare.
