In order to promote the further development of tourism of Kaifeng, and bring forward to the outstanding diet culture of Song Dynasty. Through field research and read references the paper not only draws a conclusion and has an evaluation of the characteristics of ancient and modern diet culture and diet culture traveling resources of Kaifeng, but also proposes the ideas of excavating the ancient and modern diet culture traveling resources and giving us a conception of the special diet culture traveling of Kaifeng. The suggestion carries on the development of traveling from many angles, such as the specialities, traveling route, traveling souvenir and traveling building facilities. It is also proposed to establish the special diet center and exhibition hail, to hold cultural festival and form the interaction with other festivals, to have the chain operations and so on. the auther hoped that through the research of Kaifeng's diet culture traveling, can find a new way and path to promote the development of tourism and the local economy of Kaifeng.
