International Environmental Justice and International Environmental Re gimes

2004
International environmental justice is an important element influencing the estab lishment and functions of international environmental regimes; however, the main stream theories of international regimes have not yet paid enough attention to it. This paper, based on the studies of the origin and definitions of international envi ronmental justice, provides us with a theoretical analysis of how international envi ronmental justice affects international environmental regimes. And, based on the case study of global climate change regimes, it examines the theoretical and policy meanings of international environmental justice.
