Data transmission method and system by using comp-based centralized cable interface

Disclosed is a data transmission method by using a cooperative multi-point (CoMP)-based centralized cable interface. The method comprises: a core network initiates a service bearer establishment request to a donor evolved NodeB (eNodeB)via a cable interface S1; the donor eNodeB interacts with one or multiple cooperative eNodeB(s) via a cable interface X2 to establish a service bearer; the donor eNodeB returns a service bearer establishment response to the core network via the cable interface S1 to complete the service bearer establishment; after the donor eNodeB uniformly dispatches the service data between the core network and a user equipment (UE), the service data is transmitted by the donor eNodeB and the cooperative eNodeB. Also disclosed is a data transmission system by using a CoMP-based centralized cable interface. The method and system of the present invention are capable of establishing service channels and transmitting data involving multiple eNodeBs after the CoMP transmission technology is introduced in an advanced long term evolution (LTE) system.
