Lymphomatoid granulomatosis: report of a case without pulmonary lesions and with ischemic colitis, probably a sequel to granulomatosis.

1978
Abstract This article describes a case of lymphomatoid granulomatosis without active pulmonary involvement of stigmata of healed granulomatous lesions in the lungs. The patient had ischemic segmental colitis due to mesenteric arterial intimal fibrosis, which we interpreted as spontaneously regressed granulomatous involvement of the mesentery. The report deals with the lack of pulmonary involvement and regression of lesions in lymphomatoid granulomatosis.
