THE INFLUENCE OF BRIGHT SALT-4 DECOCTION ON RAT'S ATHEROSCLEROSIS OXIDATIVE STRESS AND HO-1

Objective:To study the effect of rats' atherosclerosis oxidative stress with Mongolian Medicine Bright Salt-4 Decoction,and investigate the influence the expression of mechanism of action on the expression of Ho-1,which is in order to provide the evidence for clinical medication.Method:Forty Wistar rats were divided into 5 group randomly.Giving the medical when copy animal model.Test the contents of total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein by automatic biochemistry analyzer,test MDA in serum by TAB method.tests the activity of SOD by xanthinoxidase method and test the activity of HO-1 by ELISA method,and observe the pathological shape of aorta by optical microscope.Results:1.The high and low dosage of Mongolian Medicine group can increase the SOD activity,and reduce the MDA content.The difference has the statistical significance(P≤0.05);2.The high and low dosage of Mongolian Medicine group can decrease the HO-1 content.The difference has the statistical significance(P≤0.05).Conclusion:The early AS rat model can be successfully established with the coaction of high-fat feed stuff once add the megadose of vitamin D3 load.Mongolian Medicine Bright Salt-4 Decoction has the function of hypolipidemic and anti-lipid peroxidation.It has the function of preventative effect for the AS early oxidative damage,and it provides the theoretical foundation of further quest for early prevention of atherosclerosis onset.
