The present invention relates to a process for its preparation cable silicone rubber insulation heat control, the cable comprises the following components content: 25-35 parts of a polypropylene resin, modified acrylic resin 10-15 parts, 10-20 parts of a silicone rubber , 3-8 parts of tributyl citrate, 5 to 10 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 3-8 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 3-5 parts of ethylene glycol, 3-8 parts of magnesium hydroxide, zinc stearate 3- 5 parts, 10-15 parts of acrylic emulsion, and a polyimide 5-8 parts coupling agent, 1-3 parts of a silicone rubber. As a result of the present invention is a polypropylene resin, modified acrylic resin and silicone rubber and a polymer material used as the base material of the present invention, while increasing the materials polytetrafluoroethylene, ethylene glycol, acrylic emulsion, polyimides, and silicone rubber coupling, solved the cable materials can not meet the operational status of use at high temperatures and strong corrosive environment, with fire-resistant high-temperature corrosion-resistant anti-drip properties.
