In Pearl River Delta,there is a special floating agricultural population called employed farmers who live in the margins of society are rejected by the local people.The employed farmers fail to merge into the main stream of the local society,and are facing more and more conflicts with the locals,which bring about many social problems such as census register,land disputes,children education and rights protection.The paper holds the issue on employed farmers is related to the social stability,and it then analyzes the social cuases behind the phenomenon,and seek solutions from the aspects of government policy and management system,which can provide support for government's decision-making.
