A method of enhancing the therapeutic agent uptake by target cells to methods and pharmaceutical compositions

The present invention provides a method to improve the efficacy of the methods and compositions by promoting uptake by target cells to the therapeutic agent, said composition comprising lipid raft - endocytic pathway modulators caveolae-dependent, the therapeutic agent is e.g. anticancer drugs. The present invention also relates to a lipid raft - a pharmaceutical composition endocytic pathway caveolae-dependent modulator and the therapeutic agent. The present invention further relates to a synergistic lipid raft screening of anticancer drugs - endocytic pathway modulator caveolae-dependent manner.
