PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN KERJASAMA TIM TERHADAP ETIKA PEGAWAI DI SEKOLAH TINGGI METEOROLOGI KLIMATOLOGI DAN GEOFISIKA - BMKG

Abtract :This Purpose of this research is to comprehensively understand about the effect of communication, teamwork, on ethics of the employee in state college of Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics.The research methodology was survey with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to 45 employee as a sample from population 50 employee who was selected in simple random way using Slovin Formula, using Path Analysis. Analysis and interpretation of data indicate that (1) the communication has a positive direct in effect on ethics, (2) teamwork has a positive direct effect on ethics, and (3) communication has a positive direct effect on teamwork.
