Russian Abstract: В Российской Федерации 75% населения проживают в городах и качество жизни населения страны невозможно рассматривать отдельно от качества жизни горожан. Современные города и городские агломерации выступают в роли центров развития, аккумулируя факторы, являющиеся движущей силой инновационной экономики: финансовые ресурсы, инновационные технологии, инфраструктуру и квалифицированные кадры. English Abstract: In the Russian Federation 75% of the population live in cities and the quality of life cannot be considered separately from the quality of life of citizens. Modern cities and urban agglomerations act as development centers, accumulating factors that are the driving force of the innovation economy: financial resources, innovative technologies, infrastructure and qualified personnel.
