The Thraustochytriaceae and Other Intertidal Fungi of Taiwan

Eight Thraustochytrium species and one Schizochytrium were found in the intertidal waters of Taiwan. In addition to the Thraustochytriaceae, representatives of Rhizophydium, Olpidium and Chytridium were also isolated from the saline water samples by using the pollen baiting technique.
