HBV specificity interference target point gene and its siRNA and application in anti HBV infecting thereof

2005
The present invention provides a hepatitis B virus (HBV) gene-specific interference target site, generated by application of the above genes and siRNA and siRNA in the gene therapy for the manufacture of a medicament against HBV infections. Screening of the present invention is obtained targeted HBV gene expression vector generated after siRNA effector molecules capable of specifically recognizing and degradation of HBV, using either a recombinant vector expressing siRNA direct intravenous injection, or injection of synthetic siRNA into B hepatitis patient, can produce efficient and specific anti-HBV effect. Screening of the present invention obtained HBV-targeting siRNA has the following characteristics: a high degree of specificity, efficiency, sustainability and security, the present invention is expected to provide a new means for the treatment of HBV infection.
