A method of manufacturing a biosensor having a planar contact surface

The present invention provides a biosensor having a planar contact surface, at least comprising: a substrate; a biological sensing module disposed on the substrate and comprising a bio-sensing chip and a signal epitaxial structure, the epitaxial structure and the biological signal sensing interaction chip to a fine sensing a biometric organism to obtain a biological signal; a signal transmission structure disposed on the substrate and one or more sides of the bio-sensing module and electrically connected to a signal having an epitaxial structure a first connecting end and a second end connected near a substrate to transfer the bio-signal from bio-sensing module is connected to the second terminal; and a molded layer, the substrate coupling, the biological sensing module and signal transmission structure, and signal so that an upper surface of the epitaxial layer to expose the cast structure. The present invention also provides a method for producing a biosensor. The present invention can be used to enhance the signal sensed epitaxial structure sensitivity and image quality.
