Common quantum voltage standard for direct and alternating currents. Development concept

A description is given of a concept for developing a common quantum voltage standard based on comparing an alternating sinusoidal signal with a stepped signal using the Josephson effect in nonhysteretic junctions and quantum interference in SQUID devices.
