Heat Treatment Process of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu Alloy Sheet

The influences of the annealing, quenching and dual aging process on the structure and propertiesof Al -Zn-Mg-Cu alloy sheets are studied. The Heating treatment processes of "O" and "T62" tempersheet are established, which is annea1ing temperature 360~380℃, quenching temperature 470℃, the dualaging process (75℃, 12h) + (150℃, 2h). The test results show that the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy sheets havegood stress corrosion resistance. Their properties meet customer's requirements.
