A critical analysis of ultrasonic therapy
1976
Abstract The authors have examined the effect of ultrasonic irradiation on myopy. Fourty-two eyes of 24 patients were treated. In more than 76% of the cases, there was an average decrease of 1.04 D in refraction. When myopy was accompanied by astigmatism, this also decreased or even disappeared.
