The invention relates to a manufacturing technology of an integral inner and outer inverted V-shaped or inner inverted V-shaped iron-based alloy inner bushing, and the technology comprises the following steps: (1) design of a female die; (2) manufacture of a die; (3) selection of an alloy material; (4) smelting; (5) baking; (6) casting; (7) slow cooling; (8) machining; (9) thermal treatment; (10) pre-test; (11) surface treatment; and (12) deep-freezing treatment. Compared with the prior art, the manufacturing technology overcomes a series of defects of the original non-integral inner and outer inverted V-shaped bushing; furthermore, the integral inner and outer inverted V-shaped iron-based alloy bushing manufactured by the technology has the advantages of high finished product rate, stable material performances, long service life, good wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, convenient installation, greatly improved energy production rate of equipment and expanded application range.
