The invention discloses a lacrimal passage bypass rebuilding pipe. An upper port of a pipe body (1) is a horn-shaped flat mouth. The upper edge of the pipe body (1) is composed of a first concave arc edge (2) and a second concave arc edge (3) opposite to the first concave arc edge (2). The lowest point of the middle of the first concave arc edge (2) is higher than the lowest point of the middle of the second concave arc edge (3). The pipe body (1) is wrapped by a histocompatibility material layer (5). The upper end of the histocompatibility material layer (5) is close to the upper port of the pipe body (1). The lower end of the histocompatibility material layer (5) is close to a lower port of the pipe body (1). A nanometer material layer (4) is arranged on the inner wall of the pipe body (1). The lacrimal passage bypass rebuilding pipe adopts the integrated structure, and is small in installation difficulty, easy to install and operate, convenient to use and capable of saving force and being widely applied clinically; the positioning effect is reliable, the drainage effect can be ensured all the time, the phenomenon that tears or secretions are attached to the inner wall of a pipeline is avoided, and the pipeline can be effectively prevented from being blocked.
