Elliptic flows of charged and strange hadrons in Cu-Cu collisions at high energy

We investigate the dependence of the elliptic flow υ 2 on the transverse momentum P T for charged and strange hadrons produced in Cu-Cu collisions at high energy by using a multi-source ideal gas model. A detailed comparison with the experimental results from Cu-Cu collisions at \(\sqrt {s_{NN} }\) = 62.4 GeV and 200 GeV, measured by the STAR collaboration, is discussed. Over wider range of P T , the experimental results υ 2(P T ) are well described by this model.
