The invention discloses a magnetic-field measuring device and method for magnetic components. The magnetic-field measuring device comprises a magnetic sensing probe, a measuring circuit, a range adjusting mechanism and an auxiliary circuit; the magnetic sensing probe is composed of a first magnetic sensor and a second magnetic sensor and is used for acquiring magnetic signals; the measuring circuit is composed of a driving chip and a microprocessor and is used for converting and processing the magnetic signals; the range adjusting mechanism is composed of a guide groove, a sliding rod and a reset spring and is used for changing the magnetic sensing probe in position. The magnetic components are accurately measured in an open space by eliminating influences of magnetic field through differential, the probe can be adjusted in position through a mechanical structure, and the measuring range can be expanded in matching with the arithmetical processing. The magnetic-field measuring device has the advantages of high precision, good operability, freeness of geomagnetic field interference, less prone to damage to the probe, easiness in maintenance, high cost performance and the like.
