A clinical analysis on the examination of bone density of different parts in patients with Lumbar spine bone hyperplasia
2012
Objective To explore how the osteoporosis effect on bone density of different parts of patients. Methods A total of 256 children were included in the study,128 of whom suffered lumbar spine bone hyperplasia were included into the observed group. The other patients were included into the control group. The difference of the age, gender, the bone density of hip and lumbar spine, the distribution of bone mass were compared between the two groups. And the relevance in T value between lumbar spine and hip were evaluated with correlation analysis. Results ①The T value of lumbar spine was significantly higher than that of hip in the observed group(P0.01),but there's no significant difference in the T value between lumbar spine and hip(P0.05).②The bone mass between the lumbar spine and hip was significantly different in the observed group(P0.05),but there's no significant difference of that in the control group(P0.05).③The T value of lumbar spine was significantly correlated with that of hip in the observed group(r=0.657,P0.01).The T value of lumbar spine was significantly correlated with that of hip in the observed group(r=0.968,P0.01).Conclusion The bone density of hip was better than that of lumbar spine in diagnosis of osteoporosis in the patients with lumbar spine bone hyperplasia.
