Inhaul cable anchoring structure for steel tower construction

2014
The utility model relates to the technical field of inhaul cable fixing, and discloses an inhaul cable anchoring structure for steel tower construction. The inhaul cable anchoring structure comprises an embedded steel plate and a plurality of steel angles which are vertically welded to the lower side face of the embedded steel plate. The steel angles and the embedded steel plate are embedded into concrete, and a plurality of pieces of finish rolling screw-thread steel which are located below the embedded steel plate are further arranged in the concrete. An inhaul cable connecting base is further arranged on the upper side of the embedded steel plate, and the inhaul cable connecting base and the embedded steel plate are in welding connection. Connecting holes are formed in the bottom of the embedded steel plate and the bottom of the inhaul cable connecting base. The upper end of the finish rolling screw-thread steel penetrates through the connecting holes and is locked through nuts. The inhaul cable connecting base is provided with an anchoring beam and an anchoring box, the anchoring beam and the inhaul cable connecting base are in rotating connection, and the anchoring box and the anchoring beam are in rotating connection. An inhaul cable extends out from the anchoring box, and the rotating direction of the anchoring box is perpendicular to the rotating direction of the anchoring beam. Accordingly, the inhaul cable anchoring structure has the advantages of being high in tensile capacity, good in stability and capable of effectively guaranteeing the construction safety of the inhaul cable.
