Printed circuit board test system

PURPOSE: To obtain the system which guarantees a complete and accurate test while decreasing the number of test points needed for the test. CONSTITUTION: As for the system which decreases the number of points to be tested on a circuit board 20, the end points 24a and 24b of respective network traces 24 are discriminated and grouped by points which are at less than a specific distance from each other to form network trace groups. The discriminated end points of the network traces are connected in each network trace group to form one connected trace having a couple of end points to be used to test the printed circuit board by the network trace groups.
