고등학교 체육수업의 재미요인이 운동지속에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze fun factors of high school physical class and was to analyze the effects of fun factors of high school physical class on exercise adherence. For the results, total data were actually taken and Spss V. 20.0 was used for analysis and exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way anova, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used. The results were as follow. In correlation analysis of each factor, there were shown the correlation between all factor of fun factors and all factor of exercise adherence. The change of emotion, the development of health and the cultivation of sociality had a significant influence on the tendency of exercise adherence. The change of emotion and the development of health had a significant influence on the possibility of exercise adherence. Also, the change of emotion and the cultivation of sociality had a significant influence on the reinforcement of exercise adherence.
