Method for preparing extracting solution of papermaking reconstituted tobacco raw materials

The invention discloses a method for preparing the extracting solution of papermaking reconstituted tobacco raw materials. The method includes adding tobacco materials and enzyme preparation into the water and performing mixing and extracting, wherein the enzyme preparation comprises pectinase, cellulose and hemicellulose compound enzyme, cellulase, beta-glucanase and xylanase. By adding a certain amount of the enzyme preparation which can be used for the enzymatic hydrolysis of water-insoluble macromolecular compound such as pectin, cellulose and protein in the tobacco raw material extraction process, the using amount of the water and the extraction temperature can be reduced and the extraction time can be shortened under the condition of the same extracting solution yield, so that industrial energy saving is achieved and the production efficiency can be improved. The extracting solution obtained through the preparation method capable of improving the extracting solution yield of papermaking reconstituted tobacco raw materials can be used for manufacturing cigarettes, and the product quality can be improved effectively.
