Considerações sobre a formação docente para atuar online nos tempos da pandemia de COVID-19

This article aims to reflect on the continuing education of teachers and the incorporation of digital technologies for use in remote pedagogical practices developed in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. For this purpose, we present experience reports of teachers who work in undergraduate and bachelor's courses, in higher education institutions located in the state of Alagoas. In view of this scenario, little has been thought about the continuing education of teachers and the redirection of their practices with the use of digital technologies as an essential interface for this situation. That said, it is concluded that thinking about the teachers’ performance at this moment of transition from face-to-face teaching to emergency remote teaching and the lack of continued teacher training, impacts on contemporary dilemmas of mandatory and urgent use of digital interfaces, in an instrumentalist character, in order to maintain the links between teachers and students, and to continue the academic calendar in the institutions.
