Конечно-элементный анализ способов пломбирования при реставрации дефекта первого моляра

In the present paper, strength evaluation of the tooth filling is carried out. The filling replaces carious defect of the first mandible molar enamel. The evaluation is performed by finite element modelling. Two kinds of carious defect localizations are considered. Four types of fillings distinguished in their material and composition are analyzed. Also, the variants of the tooth loading are considered in order to compare and to find out the most dangerous action in view of consequent possible complications. As a result, some recommendations which allow us to decrease the probability of the restored tooth destruction are offered.
