Особенности мобилизации защитной реакции детей дошкольного и школьного возраста при воспалительных заболеваниях верхних дыхательных путей

Purpose of the research is determining mechanisms of implementation of local and general immune system response in the case of pre-school and school children having inflammatory diseases of upper respiratory airways (URA). It is established that expressiveness of inflammation of URA increases with increase of age and is expressed both at local and at whole body level. Scale of immune system protective reaction in the case of URA diseases is determined by forming morpho-functional complexes with participation of formed elements of peripheral blood (at system level) and depends on the age of children. Increase of asthenic vegetative syndrome testifies of inadequate efficiency of immune protection.
