The invention provides a shielding eight-type symmetric data cable for the Ethernet. The cable comprises a sheath internally provided with a metal shielding layer, a ground wire and two T-shaped filling strips. A cable core is arranged in the metal shielding layer. The cable core comprises a plurality of sets of twisted cables. Each set of twisted cable comprises a plurality of core wires. The ground wire makes contact with the inner surface of the metal shielding layer. The heads of the two T-shaped filling strips are oppositely placed, a metal shielding foil strip is arranged between the two heads of the T-shaped filling strips, and the two ends of the metal shielding foil strip make contact with the metal shielding layer and the ground wire to form two cavities insulated from each other. Wire pairs in the cavities are shielded, the electromagnetic interface between the wire pairs is effectively eliminated, and the transmission distance can reach 30 meters required by structural wiring.
