Clinical application of compound phenergan liquid in treatment of perianal eczema

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of compound pherergan liquid in treatment of perianal eczema.Methods: 100 cases with perianal eczema were divided into 2 groups randomly,the treat-ment group(n=51) were treated with compound phenergan liquid,and the compared group(n=49) were treated with Piyan Ping Ointment.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group(90.2%) was lower than the control group(87.8%),the differences were significant(P 0.05).During a follow-up period of 3 month,the recurrence rate of treatment group was also lower than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion: The compound phenergan liquid has obvious and good long-term curative effect,and can be used as rou-tine external application drug for perianal eczema.
