Method for testing temperature rise of three-phase alternating-current permanent magnet motor

2015
The invention discloses a method for testing temperature rise of a three-phase alternating current permanent magnet motor, which belongs to the technical field of motor test, and aims at solving the problems that external test equipment is needed and energy of the motor is consumed during long-term operation when temperature rise of a permanent magnet synchronous motor is tested at present. The method comprises the following steps: reading nameplate information of a tested motor, and recording numerical values of power, current and rotating speed of the motor during rated operating; adjusting a driving controller, and controlling the direct-axis voltage and quadrature-axis voltage applied to the winding so as to maintain the rotating speed of the motor at the rotating speed in the step 3; and testing the three-phase winding current, obtaining the current Iq2 and Id2 of the dq axis by virtue of dq conversion, measuring the temperature rise of the motor, thereby obtaining a temperature rise curve of the motor. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the dq axis current is regulated by virtue of the driving controller, so that the motor is positioned in a non-load state, and the temperature rise condition of the motor in a load state is simulated in the state. According to the method, an extra mechanical loading device is not needed, and energy consumption caused by mechanical load in the testing process is avoided.
