The invention relates to an anode material for an all-solid state film lithium ion battery and a preparation method of the anode material. The anode material is a lithium iron phosphate film with a core phase having an olivine structure, which is formed through a radio frequency magnetron sputtering method. The lithium iron phosphate film with the core phase having the olivine structure, provided by the invention, has good stability and high multiplying power discharge property, long cycle service life and very high discharge quality specific capacity, and is a very ideal anode material of the all-solid state lithium ion battery.
