Motion Analysis on the De-Moulding Mechanism for 28t/h Aluminium Continuously Casting Machines

Demoulding mechanism is made through indirect cooling of forming aluminium ingot from mold mechanical device,when molds flip to the appropriate position,de-moulding mechanism will impact mold at a certain speed to make aluminium ingot and mould separate.The action of reliability and performance stability of De-moulding mechanism directly affects the production efficiency and no barrier time.Although the release rate of 20kg aluminum casting machine in the process of productione has reached very high levels,due to the improvement of products weight,the original de-moulding mechanism appeares to have the problem of the decrease of film rate and instability of de-moulding.Now the design of a kind of new de-moulding mechanism,from the analysis of speed,acceleration and stripping force demonstrates that it can greatly improve the release rate to more than 99%,and still can increase the release system stability.
